Taipei

Daddy, Mummy and Nadine brought Po-Po to Yi-Ma, who lives in Taipei. Plan was to have a last little holiday for the family of 3 before Di-Di comes in end-July.

Taipei had one of driest season in recent history. But during the 5 days that we were there, it rained non-stop! And the sun only resurfaced as we left for the airport! As a result, we hardly did any sight-seeing, aside from going to the Palace Museum and the Astronomical Museum. Didn't manage to go to any mountains nor fisherman's wharf, etc. And we therefore did not take many photos too. Didn't even take any proper photos with Yi-Ma, Yi-Zhan and Jie Jie Joelle!

But, what we did a lot was EAT! Restaurants in Taipei are much cheaper than those in Singapore. And the quality of food and service are way way above Singapore. Yumzzzz......

The only family photo during this trip

Outside Palace Museum

A super yummy shabu shabu meal that cost less than S$200 for 6 of us (excluding Nadine)
