A group of mums from Nadine's K2 class initiated a year-end (farewell) party for the kids just before Christmas. Nadine was so excited to see her classmates. It was also very heart-warming to see so many parents taking time off to specially fetch their kids to the party on a weekday.
The kids had a great time at the pool, playing and catching up with each other. Each kid also brought a gift to exchange, so everybody went home with something, besides the sweet memories. These kids had spent a good 4 foundation years with each other, and had grown from being crying toddlers to independent little boys and girls, all ready for the next phase of their lives.
Quite a number of the girls would be going to PLMGS, so they'd meet again. But for majority, it's farewell, until their paths cross again, somewhere somehow!
