Last Wednesday was the LSK Concert that all LSK students and parents look forward to every year. This year will be our last as Aaron will be graduating!
I was beaming with pride when Aaron walked up the stage (with a very focused face) to receive his graduation cert.
When Daddy asked him later why he didn't smile or wave to us when he walked pass us, he said, "I had to be very serious!"
The graduation song is always touching, seeing all these kids in their graduation gowns, singing their hearts out to God, and then receiving prayer from SP.
We think Aaron did really well with his class item, giving his all for his last LSK concert. So proud of him!
He was just as serious with the finale items, never once looked at us, as if he was afraid that we would distract him!
And so, my baby boy has graduated from kindergarten, and will start his primary school journey next year! How fast 4 years just passed!
Very grateful for the value-based education he's had at LSK, teaching him to be a loving and compassionate person, to care for people around him, especially the underprivileged, and the earth. While some people may say that LSK does not do enough to prepare the kids for primary school, I think what they've done is way more superior - prepare the kids for life. Would never have exchanged that kind of education for one driven by grades!
