Nadine is becoming more and more independent now. Speaks so coherently, has a mind of her own, so clever in coming up with reasons and excuses, and learns things so quickly.
Last week, I watched her go through her pre-sleep bathroom routine all by herself, and was really amazed and delighted that she could manage everything so well, without any help.
On Monday, on the way to school, I asked her to pray for Daddy's swollen foot. This is what she prayed:
"Dear Lord, I pray for Daddy's swollen foot. Please make him well, so that he can go swimming with us. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen."
On Chinese - she's gone from refusing to speak the language and be recognized as a Chinese, to being able to sing her concert song, 天父的花园 with gusto:
